Author’s Guidelines

International Journal of Young Scientist Research (IJYSR) publishes  full-length and abstract research on any aspects of applied sciences, engineering science and technology. To motivate young students our editorial board help them to publish their presented research in national and international conferences, competitions and tournaments  of all types.

Papers reporting work on all aspects are those reporting the use of newer technologies and approaches in all field as a whole.

EDITORIAL PROCESS

New manuscripts sent to the Journal will be handled  by the Editorial Office who checks compliance with the guidelines to authors. Then a rapid screening process at which stage a decision to reject or to go to full review is made. Accepted manuscript with more comments and guidelines how to prepare a paper to be accepted  by editorial board is sent back to the author.

AUTHORSHIP

By submission of a manuscript to the Journal, all authors warrant that they have the authority to publish the material and that the paper, or one substantially the same, has neither been published previously, nor is being considered for publication elsewhere. Submissions may be subject to testing for textual similarity to other published works via the Cross Check software employed by the Journal.

COPYRIGHT 

If your paper is accepted, the corresponding author will receive an email to complete the license  agreement.

SUBMISSION

Authors should submit their manuscripts  as a Word document (doc). For review purposes submitted papers (both original and revised articles) must be formatted with continuous line numbering and double spaced text throughout. All original files that you upload will be available for the Editorial Office to access. Figures should be in high resolution and separately in PDF or JPEG  format. All figures should be numbered. Tables also should be numbered with a caption (title) explaining the components. Identifying any previously published material by giving the original source in the form of a reference at the end of the table caption should be done.

REVIEWERS 

Authors are invited to suggest at least two reviewers one member of the authors’ organization(s) or has been associated with them.

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION 

Title of the manuscript; the names of authors and place(s) where the work was done; an abbreviated running headline not exceeding 35 letters and spaces; and the complete contact details for the corresponding author.

ABSTRACT: A brief summary of about 150-200 words with five and eight keywords

Before you submit, make sure :

  • Read the journal’s instructions for authors and name all authors
  • Write all the references clearly
  • Only submit the paper to one journal at a time
  • Notify all the co-authors once you have submitted the paper
